ROYAL RUNDOWN
Queens at FGCU: The Royals face a stern test against FGCU, who have started their conference play with a victory, standing 1-0 in ASUN. FGCU's solid start indicates a well-rounded team with strong offensive and defensive capabilities. Queens will need to leverage their defense, which has been a highlight this season with an average of 18.56 digs per set, to counter FGCU's attacks. Additionally, Queens' service game, which averages 1.23 aces per set, will be critical in disrupting FGCU's rhythm. Jesse George has proven to be reliable at the service line with 15 aces this season - ranking eighth in the ASUN.
Queens at Stetson: Continuing their Florida road trip, Queens will confront Stetson on Saturday, who are looking to rebound after starting the conference 0-1 against FGCU. This matchup presents a favorable opportunity for Queens to capture their first ASUN win - Stetson's early struggles could be exploited by improving Queens' attacking efficiency, which stands at .145. Increasing their blocks, currently at 1.74 per set, will also be crucial to dominate at the net against Stetson. Leading the block for the Royals currently is Kayla McDuffie, tallying 35 this season.
