The Short Story: The Queens University of Charlotte women's basketball team secures their first ASUN win 77-72 on the road at North Florida. 

BY THE NUMBERS
  • Jordyn Weaver led the team with 25 points followed by Nicole Gwynn with 21 points on the day. 
  • Alexandria Johnson also ended the game with double digits with 11 points going 3-3 from the field.
  • Kaitlyn Adams tied her season high of 9 points with this being the most points scored against a Division I opponent. 
NOTABLE MOMENTS
  • The Royals battled hard in the second quarter shooting 46 percent from the field to UNF's 21 percent. Queens ended the first half up 35-31.
  • The third quarter was for the Ospreys who outscored the Royals 27-20 and regained the lead in the game. 
  • With less than 15 seconds left in the game, the teams were tied 72-72. Kaitlyn Adams hit a go-ahead three pointer that sealed the game for the Royals.
