CHARLOTTE, N.C.- After a high-scoring first period, the Queens University of Charlotte field hockey team dropped a Sunday match to Bellarmine 7-1. With the loss, the Royals fall to 0-10 on the season while the Knights improve to 4-5. Despite the loss, Sophomore Caroline Powell recorded her first goal of the season and third of her collegiate career.

Despite the early goal, the Knights held the Royals without a shot on goal for the rest of the match en route to the victory.
