CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The No. 31 Queens University of Charlotte men's tennis team picked up their fourth straight victory with a 7-0 sweep over Lincoln Memorial on Saturday afternoon at the Howard Levine Tennis Complex. The victory improved the Royals to 8-4 overall and 7-1 in South Atlantic Conference play.
 
Queens won two of the three doubles matches, including a 6-3 win at No. 1 by Edoardo Bottino and Laurenz Blickwede before a 6-4 win at No. 2 by Win Steveker/Yoan Roussinov.
 
In singles play, #45 ranked Edoardo Bottino was a winner with a 6-0, 6-1 victory at No. 1
While Win Steveker and Laurenz Blickwede both collected 6-3, 6-1 and 6-2, 6-1 wins at No. 2 and No. 3, respectively. Berk Enc followed through with a dominant performance of 6-2, 2-6, 1-0 at No. 4. Seniors Yoan Roussinov, and Jan Malmon brought the match home with 6-3, 5-7, 1-0 and a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 5 and No. 6 respectively.

South Atlantic Conference play continues on Monday, April 4th when the Royals kick off the week welcoming Catawba College for a 3:00 p.m. match.
