The Short Story:Â The Queens University of Charlotte men's basketball team extended their winning streak to four games with a 78-75 victory at East Tennessee State University on Wednesday night.
BY THE NUMBERS

AJ McKee led the Royals offense matching his season-high with 16 points, including a 6-for-7 mark from the free throw line. The sophomore added five rebounds, an assist, and a steal.

BJ McLaurin was a monster down low scoring 14 points on 5-of-9 shooting from the field. The junior added seven rebounds as he increased his season average to 5.6 boards per game.

Kalib Mathews and
Quan McCluney combined for 24 points, including six three pointers.

Kenny Dye reached double figures for the 10
th time this season with a 14-point performance. The veteran guard also added four rebounds and three assists.
-The Royals outrebounded the Buccaneers 42-31, including 17 offensive boards which Queens converted into 23 points.
-Queens continued to get to the free throw line as the Royals went 17-for-21 from the charity stripe.
-ETSU shot 55-percent from the field and 42-percent from behind the arc in the first half. The Royals defense made second half adjustments and held the home team to a 44-percent clip in the second half.
-The Buccaneers bench outscored the Royals 34-18 as Deanthony Tipler led the scoring with a game-high 19 points.
NOTABLE MOMENTS
-Trailing 29-25, ETSU went on a 12-0 run over a three-minute span to grab a 37-29 lead as the first half wrapped up.
-Trailing 53-51 in the second half, the Royals used a 10-2 run to capture a 61-55 lead which they never surrendered the remainder of the game.
