The Short Story:Â Despite trailing at the break, the Queens men's basketball team caught fire in the second half outscoring the Phoenix 47-30 as
Kenny Dye led the charge with a game-high 23 points.

Kenny Dye led the Royals offense with 23 points behind an 8-for-14 shooting performance.

Kalib Mathews turned in a career-high 15 points behind a 5-for-6 performance from the field.

AJ McKee remained consistent reaching double figures for the fourth straight game with a 12-point performance, including a perfect 6-for-6 mark from the free throw line.

Jay'Den Turner stuffed the staff sheet again with a seven point and eight rebound performance.
-After shooting 35-percent in the first half, the Royals found a groove in the final 20 minutes as they shot 65-percent from the field, including 44-percent from behind the arc.
-Queens outscored Green Bay in the paint 42-30 and the Royals forced 18 Phoenix turnovers which they converted into 27 points.

NOTABLE MOMENTS
-Trailing 19-11, Queens would go on an 8-0 run across a three-minute span to even the score 19-19.
-In the second half, Queens used 17-2 run over a six-minute span in the second half to surge ahead of the Phoenix.
-Trailing 74-56, Green Bay would go on a 6-2 run as they tried to mount a comeback, but the Royals answered with a 6-2 run of their own to hold off the effort.
