GAFFNEY S.C.- The Queens University men's soccer team (2-4, 2-4 SAC) suffered a loss to Limestone University (4-1-1, 1-1 SAC) this evening, 2-0.

Limestone's Sebastian Marx scored the first goal of the night in the 40th. The Saints then carried their lead into the halftime intermission after outshooting the Royals 8-1 in the opening half.

The Saints continued bombarding the Royals' backline in the second half outshooting Queens 10-4 in the period. Their second goal of the night would come from Thomas Muller in the 81st minute of regulation.

In total, the Royals were outshot 18-5, putting one shot on goal to Limestone's five. Queens' goalkeeper Tim Tretbar totaled three saves in the loss.

The Royals will be back in action Monday for the quarterfinal round of the South Atlantic Conference Championship.
