CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The No. 11/10 Queens University of Charlotte men's basketball team (21-3, 13-1 SAC) hosts Tusculum University (10-11, 6-7 SAC) on Saturday afternoon at the Levine Center for its annual Homecoming game. Opening tipoff is scheduled for 4 p.m.
General admission is $6 and all Queens students will receive free admission with their Queens ID card. Additionally, all fans in attendance will receive free admission to Saturday night's men's volleyball match versus the University of Hawaii at 7:30 p.m., with purchase of a basketball ticket.
Saturday marks the 16th all-time meeting between Queens and Tusculum, with Queens leading the all-time series 14-1. The Royals beat the Pioneers, 77-62, in the most recent encounter on Dec. 16. Tusculum's only win in the series came on Feb. 27, 2016, when the Pioneers topped then 12th-ranked Queens, 96-89, in double overtime, in the final game of the regular season at Pioneer Arena. The Royals have won the last five meetings.
Queens enters Saturday atop the South Atlantic Conference standings with a three-game lead over Lincoln Memorial University (10-4) in second place.

-Last time out, tied 33-33 at halftime, Queens shot 76.5 percent from the floor in the second half and pulled away from Coker College, 89-67, on Wednesday night at the DeLoach Center.Â

-Wednesday's win at Coker improved the Royals' road record to 10-0 and extended their road winning streak to 11 games dating back to last season. The current road-winning streak is tied with Northwest Missouri State University for the longest active streak in Division II and includes three wins over ranked teams. This season Queens has posted road wins over No. 23 Lenoir-Rhyne University, 76-69, on Nov. 28, and No. 24 Catawba College, 87-86, on Jan. 16.
-With a win on Saturday, Feb. 2, at Lincoln Memorial, Queens won for the 20th time this season, notching a 20-win campaign for the 15th time in the program's 30-year history and the fourth year in a row. This season is
Bart Lundy's eighth 20-win season as a head coach and his seventh in 11 years at Queens.
-On Tuesday, Queens landed at No. 11 in the NABC / Division II Rankings, and No. 10 in the most recent edition of the D2SIDA Media Poll. The placement in the 10th official coaches' poll of the season marks the 55th consecutive week in which Queens has been featured in the poll dating back to Nov. 24, 2015, the first poll of the 2015-2016 season. The Royals have cracked the top-10 nationally in both polls during each of the last four seasons.
-With 20 double-doubles, Willett leads the NCAA (more than 1,200 institutions) in double-doubles this season. At the Division II level, Will Vorhees of Notre Dame College is second with 15 double-doubles. In Division I, Davontae Cacok of the University of North Carolina Wilmington has 18, and in Division III, three players are tied with 17.
-With 285 rebounds in the season's first 24 games, Willett has already recorded the third-most rebounds in a single season in program history. He is three rebounds shy of tying former teammate
Todd Withers (288, 2017-18, 36 games) for second place. Soce Faye holds the program record for rebounds in a single season with 335 (1997-98, 30 games).
-Willett was named AstroTurf SAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week for games played Jan. 21-27, after averaging 20.5 points, 12.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists on 43.8 percent shooting, 50 percent 3-point shooting, and 76.9 percent free throw shooting. The award was Willett's second Player of the Week honor this season, and the fourth time this year that a Queens player claimed the award. Willett previously took home the conference's weekly accolade for his performance Jan. 7-13, when he averaged 25 points, 16 rebounds and one steal across two games.
-On Jan. 15, Willett and Carr were named to the Bevo Francis Award Top 100 Watch List, Small College Basketball announced. The Clarence "Bevo" Francis Award is presented annually to the player who has had the finest season across NCAA Divisions II and II, NAIA Divisions I and II, USCAA Divisions I and II and NCCAA Divisions I and II.
-Willett currently ranks third in the SAC in scoring, averaging 19.2 points per game. He is first in the League in rebounding, and third nationally, with 11.9 rebounds per game.
-Carr is seventh in the SAC in scoring (16.8 PPG), fifth in assists (4.5 APG) and seventh in 3-point field goal percentage (44.1%).
-Diankulu is the League's fourth-leading rebounder with 7.8 boards per game and ranks fifth in field goal percentage (58.2%).

Van Turner Jr. is fourth in 3-point shooting (46.3%) and his 74 made 3-pointers ranks him in a tie for 10th nationally in 3-point field goals made this season.
-Morrow ranks fifth in the SAC in 3-point shooting (44.8 %).
-As a team, Queens is shooting 50.7 percent (No. 11 NCAA, No. 1 SAC) and 41.5 percent from three (No. 4 NCAA, No. 1 SAC).
-Head Coach
Bart Lundy is in his sixth season since returning to Queens and his 11
th overall at the helm in Charlotte. In 17 years as a head coach in Division I and II, Lundy has posted an overall record of 349-170 (.672 win pct.) and a record at Queens of 253-83 (.753 win pct.). Lundy has led Queens to all three of its Elite Eight appearances.

-Tusculum is 10-11 overall, 6-7 in conference play, and currently in sixth place in the South Atlantic Conference standings.
-The Pioneers most recently beat Newberry College, 96-91, last Saturday in double overtime and had a bye on Wednesday night. Previously, Tusculum had lost three-straight games.
-The Pioneers are led by Donovan Donaldson, who averages 15.3 points per game (No. 8 SAC). Donaldson was named AstroTurf SAC Player of the Week on Jan. 22 for averaging 24.5 points and 10 rebounds in two Tusculum wins.
