RESULTS
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Queens University of Charlotte men's tennis team defeated Lincoln Memorial in another South Atlantic Conference matchup, winning 5-4 at the Queens Sports Complex.
In doubles play, the Royals took a 2-0 lead with
Julian Bosch and
Joel Dunlap winning their matchup 8-3 to take the No. 1 spot and
Agustin Aran Martin and
Sebastian Meum taking the No. 2 spot winning their matchup 8-4.
Dunlap won in the No. 6 position in singles play in just two sets 6-2, 6-1. Aran Martin was a 6-3, 6-1 winner in the top spot for Queens, while Meum collected the final points for Royals with a 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 4 to seal the match victory.
The Royals will travel to Anderson, S.C. next to take on Anderson University tomorrow. Play is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.
