CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The second-ranked Queens University of Charlotte men's basketball team (21-1, 15-1 SAC) hits the road on Wednesday night looking to avenge its only setback of the season versus local rival Wingate University (14-8, 11-5 SAC). The Bulldogs took the first meeting from the Royals by a score of 71-64 on January 18th at the Levine Center. Since the loss Queens has won five games in a row, while Wingate saw its 11-game winning streak come to an end on Saturday versus Lincoln Memorial University.

With six games left in the conference season Queens holds the top spot in the South Atlantic Conference standings by two games over LMU (18-4, 13-3 SAC). Wingate sits in third place, four games back of Queens.
