CENTRAL, S.C. – The Queens University of Charlotte women's basketball team forced the Warriors of Southern Wesleyan into a 22.2 percent shooting performance on Saturday afternoon, leading to a 65-46 win in Historic Tysinger Gymnasium.
The Royals (2-1) won for the second time in as many games behind double-double performances from freshman
Kristian Eanes and junior transfer
Lade Adepoju.
Eanes finished with 17 points and 11 rebounds in just 21 minutes of action, while Adepoju tallied 18 points and 11 rebounds of her own as well as four assists and five steals.

Herning Wang had 11 points to go along with eight rebounds and junior transfer
Ceara Leavai followed with 11 points of her own.
Queens held a one-point lead after the opening quarter of play and carried a 32-28 advantage into intermission. The Royals outscored Southern Wesleyan (0-2) by 15 points in the second half, including a13-5 fourth quarter, leading to the victory.
The Royals remain on the road for their next contest against Livingstone College on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 6 p.m. in Salisbury, N.C.
