Fortunately, the Eagles would get off to a slow start as well, finding their first bucket of the quarter at 8:24 when Kailyn Brooks knocked down a three-pointer to give her team a 48-34 lead. Stewart ended Queens' short drought at 7:46 with a jumper in the paint that closed the gap to 12.
