Kemp records 12 kills against Tusculum

Box Score Greeneville, Tenn. – The Queens University of Charlotte volleyball team hit the road again today as it travelled to Tennessee to take on the Pioneers of Tusculum College. Facing stiff conference competition the Royals struggled to find their offensive flow and lost by the score 0-3

In the opening set the home team took the court on fire and the Royals quickly found themselves down 8-2. Forced to take an early timeout, head coach Lettie Wilkes was able to change the momentum of the set and soon had her team chipping away at the Pioneers' lead.

The Royals were able to tie the score at 14 following timely kills by Keri Kemp and Brittney Barren. From there the Royals and Pioneers exchanged points throughout the set, with Tusculum eventually winning the set by the score 24-26.
