Royals crack NABC preseason top-25; ranked 15th on Basketball Times list

KANSAS CITY, Mo.- The defending Conference Carolinas Regular Season Champion Royals cracked the top-25 of the NABC/Division II men's basketball pre-season coaches poll. Queens University of Charlotte ranked even higher at No. 15 on the Basketball Times list.

The Royals are one of ten teams not ranked last year to make the NABC list, and they are the only team out of Conference Carolinas to be recognized on either list.

Queens has an exhibition game this Saturday at Clemson University at 7 pm. They will then open their regular season at Limestone College in the Conference Carolinas/ SAC Challenge. Queens will face Lenoir-Rhyne University on Friday, November 11 at 5:30 pm and Wingate University on Saturday, November 12 at 5:30 pm.

Both list are below. Records and previous rankings are final from the 2010-11 season. The first regular season poll will be released on Tuesday, November 29.
