CHARLOTTE, N.C.- Queens men's basketball will be broadcast on national television for the first time in program history on January 30 as they play at Pfeiffer University. The game will be broadcast in high definition on CBS College Sports. Two additional local affiliates, Fox Carolinas and Fox Sports South, will carry the game live and can reach an audience of over 40 million.
CBS College Sports has a viewership of over 30 million subscribers with the Fox Sports regional networks carrying an additional 10.
Fans attending the contest in person are encouraged to show up early. The Merner Gym doors will open at 10:00 a.m. with tip-time coming at approximately 12:05 p.m. Admission is only $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for children ages 8-17 with children seven and younger admitted free. Pfeiffer and Queens students will be admitted free with a valid student I.D. only.
For anyone not able to attend the game, contact your local cable service or satallite provider to find out the channel the game will be broadcast on.

The package partners Division II with CBS College Sports and features two Saturdays of women's action, followed by four men's games in consecutive weeks and then two more women's games to wrap up the broadcast season.
This is the fourth year of the television agreement between Division II and CBS College Sports.
