Kenny Dye, one of the most dynamic guards to ever wear a Queens uniform, continued to cement his name in the Royals' history books in December with multiple career highlights. Not only did he become the 19th player in program history to eclipse the 1,000-point mark, he did it while leading the South Atlantic Conference in three-point percentage at just over 53-percent so far this season, the second-best percentage in the nation. Dye also ranks second in the conference in both assists (76) and assists per game (5.8) as he continues to facilitate the offense with ease. He is second on the team in scoring with 15.1 points per game, which is a top ten mark in the conference as well. The crown jewel of his month of December was his go-ahead lay-up he cashed in against #10 Lincoln Memorial with 2.1 seconds left to give Queens the lead and the huge early-season win.
