USA TRIATHLON PRESS RELEASE

GULFPORT, Miss.- The Queens University of Charlotte men's and women's club triathlon teams displayed their dominance as a program once again, capturing their sixth USAT Collegiate Club National Championship this weekend.
 
The Championships began Friday with Clare Dasso taking third in the women's draft-legal sprint distance race. In the men's race, Jeremy Maclean was the top Queens finisher, taking second place.
 
In the Olympic distance race on Saturday, Dasso raced to a second-place finish in the women's race.
 
Finally, the Royals' mixed relay team, comprised of Dasso, Maclean, Franca Henseleit, and Joe Guthinger, earned the program's third straight title in Saturday's final race. It was the Royals' sixth time winning the event.
