JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Queens University of Charlotte freshman golfers
Jillian Fatkin and
Grace Vetter have been recognized with Atlantic Sun Conference Postseason honors following the 2024-25 season. Fatkin was named First Team All-ASUN while Vetter was named Second Team All-ASUN. Both golfers were named to the All-Freshman Team as well.
Fatkin led the Royals during the regular season with a 73.65 stroke average. She earned the program's first individual win in the Division I era winning the Babs Steffens Invitational. At the time, the golfer's 54-hole score was a new record for the program. The Oak Island, N.C. native earned three top 10 finishes, with three of those coming in the top five. Fatkin was named ASUN Golfer of the Week three times during the regular season.
Vetter followed Fatkin with a 74.30 stroke average this season. The freshman totaled four top 10 finishes, having her best performance of the year at the Lady Bison Invitational, where she took first place. Her 54-hole score of 212 broke Fatkin's record set earlier in the season. Vetter completed her freshman season with a fifth-place finish at the ASUN Championships, earning ASUN All-Tournament Team honors.
Fatkin and Vetter are the first Queens women's golfers recognized with ASUN Postseason Awards in program history. Below is a full list of honorees.
