DOTHAN, Ala. – Queens women's golf is set to take the course at Dothan Country Club in Dothan, Ala., for the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships Friday through Sunday. Golfers will be playing 18 holes each day of the championship event.
OPENING TEE
Staggered tee times of five-minute increments will begin on Friday, April 17, between 8 and 9:35 a.m. (CT) off the first and 10th tees with No. 1 FGCU, No. 2 Stetson, No. 3 North Florida, No. 4 Lipscomb, No. 5 Central Arkansas and No. 6 West Georgia teeing off on hole one while No. 7 EKU, No. 8 Austin Peay, No. 9 North Alabama, No. 10 Jacksonville, No. 11 Bellarmine and No. 12 Queens teeing off on the 10th hole. Rounds two and three start times will be based on team standings following the previous day's round.

Queens closed their regular season, competing in the North Carolina Challenge Cup on April 4.

Queens finished ninth at last year's championship event. Rombouts and Fernandez are returning to compete again after earning 52

rd place last spring.
ABOUT DIRECTOR OF GOLF CHRISTIAN PICKEREL
Pickerel is coaching in his first ASUN Championship after taking over the Royals' men's and women's golf programs ahead of the 2025-2026 academic year. Before coming to Queens, he was the assistant women's golf coach at Lincoln Memorial, helping them capture top 25 rankings in 2023 and 2024. In addition to assisting with the women's squad, Pickerel helped the men's team win the 2025 SAC Championship and finish in the top 10 at the NCAA Championship.
