THE SHORT STORY
Behind a career-high 17 points from Carson Schwieger, the Queens University of Charlotte men's basketball team took down Sacred Heart 81-64 in the annual White Out game presented by Atrium Health. The Royals used their defensive pressure to limit the Pioneers to a 35-percent shooting clip, including a 30-percent mark in the second half.

FROM GRANT LEONARD
"Hats off to Sacred Heart. They're a really tough team to prepare for with five or six guys that can score really well. I thought our defense really carried us this game; holding them to 30 percent in the second half was phenomenal. Being able to knock down some timely threes really helped create some separation early."
