CHARLOTTE, N.C. – On a chilly Saturday night in the regular season finale at Dickson Field, the Queens University of Charlotte men's soccer team (5-6-6 overall, 0-2-4 ASUN) picked up a 1-1 draw against Bellarmine (8-3-4 overall, 3-1-2 ASUN). The tie was pivotal as the Royals gained a point to move ahead of Lipscomb in the ASUN standings with the Bisons and Central Arkansas kicking off at 8:00 p.m. ET.

TURNING POINT
After a scoreless opening half, the visiting Knights jumped on the board in the 62^nd minute as Nick Harshaw sent a ball into the box finding Johan Nissen-Lie who spun around and sent a strike into the bottom left corner of the net. The Royals attack ramped up, needing an equalizer, and the opportunity came in the 78^th minute as senior Michel Feldman drew a penalty in the box. Freshman Vitor Baptistelli stepped up and sent a laser straight down the middle of the net for the equalizer.

• Rookie Vitor Baptistelli continued his dominant freshman campaign, scoring his first career goal and turning in his fourth complete game.
• Sophomore goalkeeper Matheus Rhormens picked up four saves on the night.
• Queens generated six corners on the night, the second most in a game this season.
• Prior to the match, Queens honored their 2025 senior class featuring Cesar Mendoza, Caleb Woodard, Anthony Brown, and Michel Feldman. Mendoza earned his first career start and logged one shot over 27 minutes of work.
