THE SHORT STORY
The Queens University Royals dropped a hard-fought contest to Central Arkansas, 66-57, on Sunday afternoon at Curry Arena in their second ASUN home conference game of the season. The Royals were ultimately outpaced by strong free throw shooting in the final frame from the Sugar Bears. Queens falls to 6-9 on the year and 0-4 in conference play, while Central Arkansas moves to 9-6 overall and 3-1 in ASUN action.

BY THE NUMBERS
- Tiziana Huici played a key role for Queens, scoring a season-high 16 points on 8-of-11 shooting from the charity stripe and grabbing four rebounds.
- Kemia Ward also made her presence felt off the bench, with six points, eight rebounds, and a game-high four blocks. Ward matched a career-high in blocks and set a new personal best in steals with four.
- Aylesha Wade added 11 points on 5-of-12 shooting and grabbed five rebounds. Wade contributed two of the Royals nine assists.
- Jordyn Weaver chipped in ten points and four rebounds in 20 minutes of action.

The game featured eight lead changes and six ties, with Queens holding their largest lead of five points late in the second quarter. However, Central Arkansas gained momentum in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Royals 24-13.
