Despite the Phoenix outshooting the Royals 7-1 in the opening half, four saves by Queens'
Kelsey Jargstorf would keep Elon off the board.
In the second, the Royals put a pair of shots on goal before Elon's Isa Murdock fired a shot into the upper right corner of the net in the 70
th minute of action to put the Phoenix in front where they remained until the end of play.
