THE SHORT STORY: The Queens University of Charlotte Men's tennis win 6-1 over the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles on Friday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Royals took the doubles point early in the match after a 6-0 win by Connor Enslin and Arneui Luethi at Line 2 along with a Line 3 win by Laurenz Blickwede and Giffin Lovern, 6-4.
-Laurenz Blickwede picked up his second consecutive win at the top singles line with 6-4 and 6-2 marks.
-Win Steveker won the toughest battle of the day winning in straight sets after dropping the first set 6-3. The next two sets were 7-5 and 1-0 with a 7-0 tiebreak.
-The Royals took court 4 after Connor Enslin won 6-4, 6-3.
-At Line 5, Ram Mude got the job done with the score of 6-3 in both sets
- Filippo Verdese was able to clinch the sixth singles match after winning 6-4 in the first set and 6-2 in the second set.

The Royals are back in action as they take on Stetson at home on Sunday, April 7. The match is set for 10:00 AM.
