HEAD COACH NIK COLPITTS' QUOTE
"Today was a tale of two halves and it was an important lesson for our young group. It took us a while to settle in and find our rhythm. I thought our adjustments at halftime sparked some energy and belief but unfortunately, we just dug ourselves too big of a hole to come back from. I am really proud of the resiliency that our team showed in the second half. Credit to VMI and their staff; I thought especially offensively they took advantage of our mistakes. Our message this year has been focusing on growing every opportunity we get, and today we showed a lot of growth."
