The Short Story: The Queens University of Charlotte men's basketball team dropped their 14th straight road game in stunning fashion despite a season-high 31 points from AJ McKee.

BY THE NUMBERS
-AJ McKee led the Royals with a season-high 31 points on 12-of-19 shooting. The Charlotte native has poured in 20+ in 24 games this season, including four straight.
-BJ reached double figures for the 15th game this season netting 18 points and grabbing a team-high seven rebounds.
-Rookie Bryce Cash continued to shine adding 11 points on 4-of-6 shooting. The Charlotte native provided a spark in the second half netting nine points over the final 20 minutes.
-Jacobi Sebock and Deyton Albury combined to score 12 points.
-For the Governors, Isaac Haney provided the second-half spark netting 17 points over the final 20 minutes.
-Austin Peay shot 56 percent from the field which was the highest mark by a Royals opponent in league play this season.

NOTABLE MOMENTS
-Austin Peay opened the night with a 17-10 advantage through the first eight minutes of action. The Governors shot 7-of-9 from the field and 3-of-4 from deep during that span Dezi Jones led the way with 10 points.
-Queens responded to the Governors fast start by getting both of their big men in foul trouble early. The Royals answered by going 4-of-4 from the field and cutting the deficit to 23-22.
-The Royals had one of the best second-half starts in league play going on a quick 6-0 run extending their lead to 43-35 and forcing an Austin Peay timeout.
-Trailing 67-53 with 10:00 minutes remaining, the Governors sparked an 8-0 run cutting the Royals lead to six.
-Queens went on a seven-minute scoring drought from the field as they saw their lead vanish.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE
-The first half saw an offensive explosion as the Governors shot a scorching 61 percent from the field while the Royals countered with a 54 percent clip. The difference in the first stanza proved to be the Royals ability to capitalize on turnovers netting nine points off four Governors' turnovers.
-After only committing one turnover through the first 33 minutes of action, the Royals were plagued by six down the stretch which flipped the game.
-Queens fell 10-2 on the year when leading with five minutes left in the game.
-The Royals have now lost four road games by one possession.
