THE SHORT STORY: Despite picking up three singles victories, the Queens University of Charlotte men's tennis team dropped a Sunday showdown with Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Fighting Scots managed to claim the doubles point with victories at No. 2 and No. 3.

Edoardo Bottino and
Laurenz Blickwede improved to 5-3 as a pair with a 7-5 victory from the top doubles court. The duo has won three straight matches together.
-In singles play,
Edoardo Bottino improved to 3-1 from the top court, and 5-3 overall this season with a 6-1, 6-1 triumph.
-Senior
Edoardo Cecere dominated at No. 3 with a 6-1, 6-0 victory.

Laurenz Blickwede improved to 4-2 from the No. 4 court with a 4-6, 6-2, 5-5 (default) win.

th when they host North Carolina A&T at 1:00 p.m. The match will be played at the Howard Levine Tennis Center at the Queens Sports Complex. Admission is free to the public.
