COACH'S WORDS
"Jacksonville State did a nice job scoring in the paint with 40 points which is unacceptable for us" said head coach
Jen Brown. "We have to be better with containment and penetration which helps our rotation. I'm extremely proud of Allie [Johnson]. She's been learning my system and myself as a coach and I think she's responded well. She's a kid who can take criticism and has always put the team first. We will continue to focus on us and finishing games the Royal way; locking down on defense and being efficient on the offensive side".
NEXT UP
The Royals will hit the road for their final swing trip of the season, as they get set to travel to North Alabama on Thursday, February 9, followed by Central Arkansas on Saturday, February 11.Â
