GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Queens University of Charlotte men's tennis team wrapped up a weekend of play in the UNC Greensboro Invitational on Sunday afternoon. Over the three days, the Royals picked up 22 wins against UNCG, Norfolk, NCCU, and North Carolina Wesleyan.
Day one was the only day that featured Queens double play. Three of the four matchups ended with a Royals victory over Norfolk competition.
Connor Enslin and
Arenui Luethi won 6-4,
Ram Mude and
Laurenz Blickwede won 7-5,
Win Steveker and
Griffin Lovern won 7-6.
Queens dominated in singles play as well as the team only dropped five singles matches out of 24 matches throughout the weekend.
The Royals will be back in action next week in the Belmont Abbey Invitational on October 12-13.
