The Short Story: The Queens University of Charlotte men's basketball team dropped their second consecutive league game inside Curry Arena as the Royals fell to Central Arkansas by a final score of 92-91.
BY THE NUMBERS

AJ McKee reached double figures with a season-high 22 points on 8-of-15 shooting from the field. The sophomore also brought in five rebounds and dished out a pair of assists.

Gavin Rains posted his 19
th career double-double, and fifth this season with an 11-point and 11-rebound performance.

Kenny Dye dropped in 15 points while recording a game-high six assists. Dye was solid from the charity stripe going 6-for-7.

Chris Ashby reached double figures for the second consecutive scoring 12 points from behind the arc.

BJ McLaurin scored a combined 20 points on 57 percent shooting. Mathews rocked Curry Arena early with a pair of thunderous dunks while McLaurin dropped in 11 points on 4-of-5 shooting.
-Central Arkansas shot lights out going 48 percent from behind the arc and 21-for-24 from the free throw line.
-The Royals won the battle on the boards 39-33. Queens fell to 11-3 this season when outrebounding their opponent.
-Camren Hunter from Central Arkansas poured in a season-high 33 points on 11-of-20 shooting from the field.
NOTABLE MOMENTS
-Leading 14-12, the Royals went on a 10-2 run to take a 24-12 lead over the Bears.
-UCA used an 11-0 run over two minutes to grab a 41-36 advantage as the first half wrapped up.
-Queens would open the second half on an 11-3 run and grab a 55-54 lead.

-The 61 percent three-point percentage in the first half from Central Arkansas was the best shooting performance from deep by a Royals opponent this season.
