GREENEVILLE, TENN. – The Queens University of Charlotte men's volleyball team swept the Pioneers of Tusculum University 3-0 (25-16, 26-24, 25-20) on Saturday afternoon in the first-ever matchup between the two programs.

The first set of play was close early on before Queens used a four-point spurt to get ahead 10-7. The Royals' lead extended to as large as seven points, 23-16, before the team secured the win with three consecutive points to end the frame.

The Royals led late in the second set and sealed the win with a triple block from Bragg, Santoyo and junior JP Payne. Tusculum led 15-14 midway through the third set of action, however, a 7-0 run for Queens put the visitors in front for good as the Royals came away with the sweep.
