HARTSVILLE, S.C.  – The Queens University of Charlotte men's lacrosse team picked up its second straight win this afternoon defeating Coker College, 11-6, on the road. Queens held the Cobras scoreless in the second half of play to move to 4-5 on the year and 2-2 in South Atlantic Conference play. The Cobras fall to 5-5 on the season and 2-3 in league action.

Justin Swick led the Royals recording his second hat trick of the season. Quinn Tallant added two goals and two assists while Kealan Pilon also recorded two goals. Drew Flack won 18-of-21 face-offs and totaled 17 ground balls, and Anthony Valenza took the win in goal after recording 11 saves.

After jumping out to a 4-1 lead in the first quarter, Queens found itself trailing 6-5 at the halftime break after being outscored 5-1 in the second quarter of play. The Royals then held the Cobras scoreless in the second half of action while putting six additional points on the board to grab the conference win.
