CHARLOTTE, N.C. – It took four sets, but the Queens University of Charlotte women's volleyball team earned its first South Atlantic Conference win of the season with a 3-1 (25-13, 23-25, 25-20, 25-19) victory over visiting Coker College on Tuesday night.
Playing in front of its home crowd, Queens (6-1,1-0 SAC) got off to strong start by hitting .560 in the opening set of play and committing just two attack errors in route to a 12-point win.
