MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – The Queens University of Charlotte field hockey team traveled to take on No. 10 Millersville University today, falling 9-0 to the Marauders. The Royals now sit at 4-8 on the year, while Millersville improves to 9-3.
 
Four Royals recorded shots today as Queens' 
Mazvita Mtisi and 
Korey Fine tallied to only two shots on goal for the visitors. Goalkeeper 
Miranda Childers totaled 10 saves after facing a majority of the Marauders 35 shots. 
Kelsey Fringer recorded one save in 12:31 of play.
 
Kathleen Bishop led Millersville with four goals, while five others recorded one goal apiece. Kylee Bair tallied two saves in the cage for the Marauders.
 
The Royals will remain in Millersville, Pa., to take on Lindenwood for the second time this season. The Lions took the first meeting, 5-3. The game is slated to begin at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 10.
