Scoring 187 points during the month of January, Kalaya Hall averaged 26.7 points shooting 46 percent from the field and 67 percent from three. She broke the record for single-game points scoring 41 points against Anderson on Jan. 12 and then broke her record against Limestone on Jan. 24 scoring 43 points. The record was previously held by Queens Hall of Famer Sequoya Friday who scored 40 points against Lees-McRae on Jan. 7, 1998. Hall currently ranks second in points per game (20.5) in the SAC.
