Queens University of Charlotte Athletics

With the fall season coming to a close, Queens University of Charlotte’s Casey Tarvin of the women’s volleyball team has been named November InterCon Female Student-Athlete of the Month.

Tarvin, a junior from Leander, Texas, led the Royals to an 8-1 record during the month and guided her team to the No. 2 overall seed in the South Atlantic Conference Championships and a runner-up finish in the tournament.
 
In nine matches during the month, Tarvin registered 124 total kills for an average of 4.13 kills per set and hit .203 from the outside. She chipped in 169 digs (5.63/set) and eight total blocks on defense to go along with five service aces. Tarvin was recognized as a SAC First Team All-Conference member during the month.
