Queens University of Charlotte Athletics

Alex Menke (Fayetteville, Ga., Whitewater) of the men's swim team has been named the Intercon Student-Athlete of the Month for the month of March. Menke received the award after competing in the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships where he won a national championship. Menke won the mile and was the the runner-up in the 1000, and recieved an All-American splash on a relay. Menke was part of a men's team that finish ninth in the nation.
