Hope Sanborn

Hope Sanborn starts her first year with the Queens Sports Medicine staff as an assistant Athletic Trainer. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Charlotte in May 2023 after completing her Master’s in Athletic Training. During her time at UNC Charlotte, Hope had clinical experiences with UNC Charlotte Football, Charlotte Country Day School, the Carolina Panthers, Queens University Women’s Soccer, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Softball team. During her time with Queens University Women’s Soccer, Hope published a Type II Case Study on The Effects of Deep Oscillation Therapy during the Acute Inflammatory Response. She presented this case study at the NCATA Conference in May 2023. 

Prior to earning her Master’s degree at UNCC, Hope obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Emergency Medical Services Management from Lees-McRae College in May 2021. During her time at Lees-McRae from 2017-2021, she was a member of the women’s soccer team and an honor’s student.
