Rob Stevens is entering his third season with the Royals tennis program.
So far during Stevens conjunction with head coach Brett Karpman, both men's and women's programs have maintained a winning recored. Over the two year span the men's program has combined for a 22-12 overall record and the women's program combined for 30-8 overall record.
Stevens is no stranger to Queens tennis. He was a four year starter for the men’s team from 2003-2007, severing as captain during 2005-2007. His performance on the court brought him recognition as one of the top-3 juniors in the Wilmington, NC area in 2003. Stevens also taught at high level junior development camps through UNC-Wilimington and Echo Farms Country Club.
Academically, Stevens was a repeat Dean’s list honor while obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and minor in Actuarial Science.
Stevens is returning to Queens following a successful business career. Working in coroporate finance in Northern Viriginia, Stevens career lead him to work for Navy Federal Credit Union and Travelers Insurance Company. Both were listed as Fortune 500 Companies.
