Jasonn Miller begins his second year with the Queens University of Charlotte Sports Medicine Department. After serving as assistant athletic trainer last year, he was promoted to associate director of sports medicine in July 2015. His primary sport responsibilities with the Royals include women’s soccer, and women’s lacrosse. Responsibilities also include direct day-to-day management of the Queens Sports Complex Athletic Training Room, along with oversight of the sports medicine staff in the facility.

In 2014-15, Miller worked with the Royals women’s soccer, men’s XC/track & field, and women’s lacrosse programs.

Prior to his time with Queens, Miller was an assistant athletic trainer with Pfeiffer University. He worked with the men's and women's soccer, women’s basketball, men's and women's swimming, men’s volleyball, baseball, softball, men's and women's tennis, and men's and women's golf programs over his three years with the university. He also served one year as strength and conditioning coach for the women’s volleyball, and softball teams. Miller also spent one year working as an assistant athletic trainer with West Virginia University, serving as the primary athletic trainer for the women’s soccer program, and overseeing the coverage for the women’s cross country/track & field, and baseball programs.
Miller earned his Master of Science degree in sport studies from High Point University in May 2010 while serving as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with the Panthers men’s soccer and women’s soccer teams.Â
Miller completed his undergraduate education at Grand Valley State University (Allendale, Mich.) in 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training. He gained experience as an athletic training student with NCAA Division III Calvin College (Grand Rapids, Mich.), GVSU cross country/track and field, Reeths-Puffer High School (Muskegon, Mich.), GVSU softball, and Holland Hospital Rehabilitation and Performance Training.Â

Miller also has experience working with the NHL’s former Atlanta Thrashers’ prospect development camp in 2007, and as part of the medical team for the 2015 Under Armour All-America Basketball Camp.
