2018: Raced in eight meets...Fastest 5k time of 18:08 recorded at Royals XC Challenge...Fastest 6k time of 22:09.6 recorded at SAC Championship where she finished second overall and earned all-conference honors...Finished seventh at NCAA DII Southeast Regional Championship to earn all-region honors.
2016: Competed in seven meets with the Royals..Finished 13th in SAC Championships with a season best time of 19:15.7
2015: Competed in four meets with the Royals and placed in the top 40 out the 160 total participants in the Women's 6k at the Wingate Bulldog Stampede
2014: Competed in four meets for the Royals... Took 9th in the Queens Twilight
High School: Ran Cross Country and Track for Austintown Fitch High School... MVP for both Cross Country and Track all 4 years, All-American in Cross Country in 2011, 2012, and 2013, Federal League First Team in 2011, All-Ohio in 2012. Carissa also served as the editor of her high school newspaper.Â
