Patrick Rawle joined the Royals as the Director of Sports Performance in the summer of 2025. He currently oversees all sports, with direct oversight of Men’s Basketball, Women’s Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Tennis, and Men’s and Women’s Golf.

Prior to his move to the Queen City, Patrick served a long stint in the Horizon League, where he spent time with two different institutions. His most recent stop was as the Director of Sports Performance at Purdue University of Fort Wayne, and before that role, he was the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Wright State University.

Patrick holds a master’s degree in Exercise Science from McDaniel College, and an additional master’s degree in Sports Management from Wright State University. He maintains his CSCS, RSCC, and USAW2 certifications. He is a native of Baltimore, Maryland.
