Rachel Taylor

Rachel Taylor joined the Royals in the fall of 2016 after most recently spending six seasons at Campbell University. 

Taylor began as a graduate assistant with the Camels before becoming an intern athletic trainer and then an assistant athletic trainer. She covered football, while also helping with management of the budget, purchasing and inventory for the sports medicine department. She also operated physician clinic visits on campus and performed all NCAA and institutional drug testing sessions. Additionally, Taylor oversaw graduate assistants and was an adjunct professor in the exercise science department.

Taylor has the ability to fabricate custom orthotics, and she has experience with soft tissue release specifically using gua sha technique. 

Prior to joining Campbell's staff, Taylor was an athletic training student at Capital University. As a student, she covered baseball, football, outdoor track and field and volleyball. 

Taylor received her bachelor's degree from Capital in athletic training. She then went on to earn her Masters of Education in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2012 with a concentration in exercise science from Campbell.
