Evin McEntee

Evin McEntee serves as an assistant track and field/jumps coach at Queens University of Charlotte, specializing in the triple jump, long jump, and high jump. A former standout at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, McEntee was a four-year letterwinner and earned all-conference honors in the long and triple jump. He now brings his competitive experience, training background, and passion for the sport to his coaching role with the Royals.

In his first year at Queens, McEntee guided his athletes to significant achievements, highlighted by five school records, and seven ASUN Conference medals between the indoor and outdoor seasons. His jumpers also made 26 total ASUN Championship finals appearances, showcasing the depth and strength of the program under his leadership. In 2024-25, his athletes secured 20 new men’s all-time top-10 performances and 12 women’s top-10 marks in Queens program history, underscoring his impact and vision for continued success.
