Mark Lepkowski

Coach Mark Lepkowski was named the director of strength and conditioning in the Summer of 2015 after spending time at the University of Minnesota.

His team responsibilities include men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s swimming, women’s volleyball, men’s and women’s tennis, and men’s and women’s cross country/track & field (distance). 
 
Prior to Queens, Lepkowski was a strength and conditioning intern coach for Olympic Sports at the University of Minnesota in the Spring of 2015.  His experience also includes being a Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Belmont University as well as a Strength & Conditioning Intern Coach for Olympic Sports at Vanderbilt University in the Fall of 2014. 

Lepkowski began his strength and conditioning journey as an intern with Queens under Coach Darin Tyson where he gained experience working with all Queens athletic programs as well as Swim MAC Carolina Team Elite.

Lepkowski received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Queens in May 2011 and his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from Lenoir-Rhyne University in December 2018. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC) through the NSCA.
