Lauren Shaw, an Alabama State alum, has 19 years of cheer experience and joins the Royals after spending the past two years as a cheer and tumbling coach for Impact One Allstars. As a coach, she has helped organize events and competitions while also teaching and guiding athletes on proper techniques and strategies. As an undergraduate, Shaw cheered at Alabama State before beginning her coaching journey at True Divine Christian Academy.
