What is a quote that describes you? I decided, very early on, to accept life unconditionally. I never expected it to do anything special for me, yet I seemed to accomplish far more that I had ever hoped. Most of the time, it just happened to me without ever seeking it.”
Who is your role model? My parents. They have taught me everything I know about life and I am grateful to have them in my life. They both persevere through adversity with their heads high and I hope one day I will be able to raise a family the way they have with me.
Why do you love Queens? It’s my family. My team, my professors, my friends, my neighbors. Everyone looks out for each other and I would not see myself this happy at any other school.
What do you want to be remembered for at Queens? To be a part of the team that put the first banner up in the Levine Center for volleyball.
What is your favorite place on Queens campus?
The quad. It’s relaxing on nice spring days to sit out on a blanket with friends and laugh all afternoon.
What is your favorite volleyball moment? Having an inspiration before each home match.
