2016: Finished 2nd at the Carolina Challenge..Finished 1st place at the Falcon Classic..Got a 3rd place finish at the Upstate Invitational..Finished 2nd with a season best time in the Royals XC Challenge..Won the SAC Championship with a 1st place finish..A top 4 finish at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championships

High School: Competed in cross country and track and field…Four-time Premier Athletic Conference Cross Country Champion (2009-2012)… Three-time state qualifier (2010-2012)… Named all-Ohio after placing 11th at the 2012 Division I Ohio State Cross Country Championships… Selected to represent Ohio at the 2012 Mid-East Cross Country Championship… Scored for Ohio at the Footlocker Midwest Regional by placing 34th… School record holder in the 5,000 meter run and a four time MVP… Three time Premier Athletic Conference Champion in the 1,600 meter run (2010-2012) and also wont the 3,200 meter run and 800 meter run... 2012 state qualifier in the 3,200 meter run and placed 14th at the Ohio Division 1 State Track and Field Champions… Four-time MVP for school track team... Three-time All-Ohio Academic Award... Four-time All-PAC Academic Award for cross country and track and field.
