The win marked the Royals' first ASUN victory and first shutout of the 2026 season, as well as their first road victory in two years. Queens improves to 2-7-1 overall and 1-1-0 in conference play, while the Hatters fall to 2-7-0 overall and 0-1-0 in the ASUN.
