THE SHORT STORY:
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Queens wrapped up its season at home on Thursday, falling 7-0 to Central Arkansas in ASUN play. Despite the scoreline, the Royals showed signs of resilience, especially at the bottom of the lineup where Andreea Onitoiu pushed her match to a second-set tiebreak.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Central Arkansas took the doubles point with a 6-2 win at the top court. The No. 2 doubles match went unfinished with Queens trailing 3-5.

- In singles, Lucy Hogan dropped a 6-2, 6-1 decision at the top spot, while Zoe Cvitanovic fell 6-1, 6-1 on court two.

- Andreea Onitoiu battled back in the second set on court three, forcing a tiebreak before ultimately falling 6-2, 7-6 (7-3).

- Jett Coetzee turned in a competitive performance on court four but came up short in a 6-3, 6-4 loss.

- Central Arkansas earned straight-set wins on courts five and six to secure the sweep.
